DOWNEY LANDING SPECIFIC PLAN & EIR
The Downey Landing Specific Plan is to implement the Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the City of Downey's General Plan. It contains a vision, land use concepts, infrastructure and service plans, design guidelines, and development regulations for the property. This Specific Plan provides for the development of a mix of uses including commercial, media, medical, business, technical, and open space that forms a distinct district within the City of Downey.
