City Administration Department
City Administration is responsible for the management of the city. The current City Manager, Gerald Caton, has fulfilled this responsibility since 1989. He appoints all City Department Heads, prepares the city budget, makes recommendations to the City Council on city operations, and exercises administrative control of the city government.
