| | THE VIEW HOUSING PROJECT IN DOWNTOWN DOWNEY
The City of Downey is currently working with National Community Rennaissaince to develop 50 units of new and high-quality housing in Downtown Downey. The View is designed using sustainable design principles and modern urban planning. The View will be a great addition to Downtown Downey by bringing in residential units to the Downtown area. The project is currently in the entitlement process and is expected to be approved in mid to late 2010.
