Rental Rehabilitation Programs

Rental properties (seven units or less) are eligible for rehabilitation grants and rebates. Owners can receive a cash rebate of up to $12,500. Eligible improvements include electrical and plumbing projects, bathroom remodeling, painting, flooring and energy efficiency improvements. Eligibility is based on by rent and tenant data. Qualified apartment owners can contact the Housing Division for more information.
