Volunteers working together to Keep Downey Clean     Since 1978

Keep Downey Beautiful conducts a monthly cleanup on the 3^rd Saturday of each month from September through June, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Cleanups are held at different locations throughout the City.

The attached schedule includes cleanup locations for the current year.

No prior registration is necessary. Volunteers need to arrive at 8:45 a.m. and report to the cleanup site (where a sign-in table will be set up, along with signage promoting the cleanup) where cleanup duties will be assigned to each volunteer.  Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

 The Keep Downey Beautiful Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss best practices on improving their community environments.
