Housing Rehabilitation Assistance Program
The owner occupied Loan Program allows eligible homeowners to borrow from the equity in their home for a variety of remodeling and repair items, including kitchen and bath upgrading, roofing, painting, plumbing, electrical work, driveways, garage construction, and termiting. Qualified homeowners may borrow up to $40,000 with minimal fees and no points with a 0% interest rate deferred loan repayable upon change of ownership.
Senior Paint & Fix Up Program
This program gives eligible senior citizens (62 years of age or older) the opportunity to have the exterior of their homes painted, smoke alarms and deadbolt locks installed, broken windows and deteriorated screens replaced, and other minor repairs performed free of charge.
