Aquatics is a Summer program that is available from June to August.

The following is a sampling of typical program offerings:

• Learn to swim (ages 6-15)
• Mommy/Daddy and Me
• Introduction to water
• Junior Guards
• Adult Lessons
• Recreation Swim
• Lap Swim
• Family twilight nights at the pool

General registration is open to Downey residents and non-residents.  The Downey Community Aquatic Center is located at Downey High School, 11040 Brookshire Avenue, Downey California.
