Reservations for picnic shelters and activity rooms are available to Downey residents only. Mounbounces/jumpers (fee charged) are allowed with picnic shelter reservation and proof of insurance. No alcohol or amplified music permitted. All reservations must be made at least 14 days to 6 months in advance. City Facilities - Reservations (pdf) has more information or call the Community Services Department Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM at (562) 904-7238.
