Development Leagues

The City of Downey has created a new way of teaching sports through its "development leagues".  This program contracts professional trainers to oversee the teaching of the fundamentals of the sports.  In addition, 10 hours of Nike SPARQ training is included in the conditioning and muscle development of the athlete.  This league gives the athlete maximum game experience, valuable skill development, and high-level strength conditioning and speed training.  This league is perfect for athletes who want to take it to the next step in their athletic experience.
