Meredith H. Perkins Skate Park

Skating is available all year at the Meredith H. Perkins Skate Park. Helmets, knee and elbow pads are required at all times. Enjoy the park and please follow all rules and regulations for skate usage. The hours of skate park supervision by city staff is Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm.

Independence Park Tennis Center

Tennis Center Hours:
Monday - Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tennis Court Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sundays: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Tennis Court Reservations

Tennis courts may be reserved for up to two hours for one court per reservation (total of eight reservable lightedcourts)and may be made up to seven days in advance. Reservations are taken Monday - Friday from 5 PM - 8 PM at the Tennis Center. Fee is $5 an hour and must be paid at the time the reservation is made. The courts are closed for cleaning on Friday morning. Lights are turned off at 9:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and 7:00PM on weekends.
