Be advised that inspection services are only available Monday-Thursday (closed Fridays)

Building inspections may be requested online using ACA. Next business day inspection is typically available if requested prior to 3:00pm the business day before. You can also use the ACA inspection calendar to schedule inspections for future available days if preferred.

You can request a building inspection using our Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal.

Business License Inspections

Inspections for Business Licenses may be scheduled at the Building and Safety Division counter or by phone at (562) 904-7142. These types of inspections require the business to be ready to open, with all furniture and fixtures set in place.

Please provide the following information:

• Your assigned BUS-XX-XXXXX number
• Business Address
• Contact name and phone number
