The General Plan Annual Progress Report is a document, in the form of chart and accompanying text adopted by the local legislative body. It summarizes the City of Downey’s progress with implementing the goals, policies and programs of the City’s General Plan, including Vision 2025. The report covers the period from January through December of each calendar year. The report also reviews the activities of the Community Development Department including the Planning, Building and Safety, Economic Development, Code Enforcement, and Housing Divisions.
