The Maintenance Services Division maintains City buildings and facilities; the vehicle fleet; streets, alleys, and parking lots; and all City trees, parks, and public grounds. Water, sewer, drainage system maintenance, street sweeping, and illegal dumping cleanup are handled by the Utilities Division. Maintenance Services includes four sections: Facility Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Street Maintenance, and Trees/Parks/Grounds Maintenance.
